What this website is for

This site describes our advisory work: helping African governments, institutions, businesses, entrepreneurs, and project sponsors connect with U.S. partners—and helping U.S. companies and organizations explore Africa.

Nothing here is investment advice, legal advice, an offer or solicitation of securities, or a promise that funding, a partnership, or any particular result will happen. We advise, facilitate, and introduce. Outcomes depend on the parties involved.

Who we are—and who we are not

AK Advisory Group LLC provides strategic advisory, business development, and introduction services. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or law firm. If we work together, that relationship will be set out in a separate written agreement—not by browsing this site or sending a contact form.

Contacting us

Sending the contact form or an email does not make you a client. We may decline an inquiry, ask for more information, or suggest another path. How we handle form data, Turnstile, analytics, Brevo email, and the one-year backup log is explained in our Privacy notice.

Accuracy of the site

We try to keep pages accurate and useful. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. We may update content or these terms; the “last updated” date will change when we publish a revision.

Third-party tools we use

Hosting, security, Turnstile, and optional Web Analytics run on Cloudflare. Transactional email runs through Brevo. Details are in the Privacy notice. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Text, design, and graphics on this site belong to AK Advisory Group LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy substantial portions for commercial use without our written consent.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, AK Advisory Group LLC is not responsible for losses that come from using this website, being unable to use it, or relying on what you read here. Where a local law does not allow that kind of limit, our responsibility is capped at what that law permits.

Which law applies

These draft terms are intended to follow the laws that apply to AK Advisory Group LLC in the United States. Exact governing-law and venue wording will be confirmed after legal review—including the firm’s U.S. state of formation when confirmed.
