Who we are

AK Advisory Group LLC is a boutique advisory firm based in Kansas City, USA. We help connect African opportunities with U.S. capital, expertise, partnerships, and markets. We provide strategic advisory, business development, and introduction services. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or law firm.

What this site collects

Most pages can be read without giving us personal details. We only ask for information when you choose to contact us.

• Contact form: name, email, organization, country, how you describe yourself (for example African business or U.S. company), area of interest, your message, and your consent to be contacted. Phone and a link to a project or website are optional.
• Security check: Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you submit the form. It may use technical signals (such as IP address and browser data) to reduce spam and bots.
• Site traffic: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and shows aggregate visits—not advertising profiles.

How we use your inquiry

If you submit the form, we use what you sent to understand your inquiry, reply to you, and—if it fits—follow up about advisory work. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your message for advertising.

Who helps us deliver messages

We use Brevo to send email: one notification to our firm inbox, and a short acknowledgment to the address you provide. Brevo processes the content of that email and the recipient addresses only for that purpose.

As a backup, each submission may also be stored for up to one year in a Cloudflare KV log tied to this website. After that, entries expire automatically unless we need them longer for security, a dispute, or a legal obligation.

Copies of email in our inbox (or in Brevo) follow ordinary business email practices.

Hosting and cookies

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served over HTTPS. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not show a cookie banner because we do not run non-essential tracking cookies. Turnstile and Cloudflare may still use technical data needed for security and delivery.

No online form is perfectly private. Please do not send passwords, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data through the contact form.

Your requests

You can email us to ask what contact-form information we hold about you, to correct something inaccurate, or to ask us to delete it when that is appropriate and we are not required to keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.
